Booking Policies

Deposits

For all packages, there is a 50% deposit to secure your booking and date. The remaining balance is due a week before your event date.

Booking your event

You must book ahead of time in order to select your preferred date for your event. Last minute bookings will require an additional fee to your package selection. Availability is limited. Your requested date and time will be confirmed once contacted.

Time of Booking

The time that you select for your event, will be the start time of your set up for your romantic room decorations. No one is present or allowed during the appointment while it’s being decorated.

Hotel Rooms

You will be responsible to book the hotel of your choice and liking. Booking hotel rooms, will not be in any of the packages of your selection of choice. Room decorations is the service provided.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule within 24 hours of your original booking. You will need to reschedule within two weeks. Your deposit for original booking will go to your rescheduled booking.

Check In

You are responsible of checking into your hotel room. I will not be able to check into the hotel room for you. You can add my name to your reservations at the hotel’s front desk or you can give me the key to your room.
